Claire Valoti is Chief Strategy & Corporate Affairs Officer at Plessey, where she shapes company strategy and leads corporate affairs across policy, communications, marketing and people as the business scales globally. She has more than 25 years of experience building and scaling global technology businesses.
Prior to joining Plessey, Claire was Vice President for Snap’s EMEA region, leading one of the company’s fastest-growing international markets. She has also held senior leadership roles at Facebook, Weve, O2 Media and Telefónica. Claire is a co-founder of Haylo Labs, a venture operator specialising in deep technology.
Alongside her executive role, Claire serves as a Non-Executive Director at Genius Sports and Howbout, is a Trustee of Founders4Schools, and is an active angel investor.
