Claire Valoti is responsible for policy, communications, marketing, people and culture, and for shaping Plessey’s engagement with government, industry, partners and employees as it scales globally. She brings over 26 years of leadership experience across the technology, media and digital industries.

Previously, Claire was Vice President for Snap’s EMEA region, leading one of the company’s fastest-growing international markets. She has also held senior leadership roles at Facebook as Director of Partnerships, and at Weve, O2 Media and Telefonica. She is a co-founder of Haylo Ventures, a venture operator specialising in deep tech.

Alongside her executive role, Claire is a Non-Executive Director at Genius Sports (NYSE) and at Howbout, a Trustee of Founders4Schools, and an active angel investor.
