Tom Abbott is responsible for engineering execution, operational delivery and capability development in support of Plessey’s strategic objectives. He brings over a decade of experience in the semiconductor industry, alongside a broader background in engineering and operational leadership.

Thomas has played a key role in leading complex operational change at Plessey, including the delivery of multiple rapid transformations and the execution of multi-million-pound capital investment programmes. He holds a BEng (Hons) in Engineering and is an active contributor to local and international industry associations.
