Andy Horsfield leads complex, high-value technical programmes across Plessey, ensuring delivery against strategic, commercial and customer objectives. He brings over 25 years of experience delivering advanced technology programmes across electronics, opto-electrical systems, radio frequency, embedded software, data science, test solutions and manufacturing.

Previously, Andy led key programme activities at WaveOptics, contributing to the company’s acquisition by Snap Inc., before serving as a technical leader at Snap’s UK site leading global teams developing hardware, optical and backplane solutions for augmented reality products.

Andy holds a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET).
