Arwel Evans is Director of Products & External Manufacturing at Plessey, where he leads product strategy and the scale-up of Plessey’s microLED technology into high-volume manufacturing with global partners.

With a background spanning product management, engineering and business operations, Arwel has extensive experience developing and scaling complex technologies. He plays a key role in aligning customer requirements with technical delivery, helping to build long-term partnerships and drive commercial success.

Arwel holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Liverpool and an MBA from Imperial College London, combining deep technical expertise with strong business and leadership acumen.
