We are experiencing an exciting period of growth and are looking for an HR Advisor to join on a fixed term basis to support this expansion. This role will play a key part in ensuring our HR operations scale effectively, with a particular focus on visa and immigration support and core HR administration.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management cases.
  • Lead or support investigations, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with legal requirements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers.
  • Advise on company policies, employment law, and HR best practices.
  • Support managers in performance management and development discussions.
  • Prepare, issue, and manage employment contracts, offer letters, and contract amendments.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and issued in a timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
  • Support visa and immigration processes, including right-to-work checks.
  • Assist with sponsorship applications and liaise with external advisors where required.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant immigration laws and internal policies.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Ensure a smooth employee lifecycle experience.
  • Ensure HR policies are up to date and compliant with current employment legislation.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and policy updates.
  • Support organisational change processes, including restructure.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience handling employee relations cases.
  • Experience drafting employment contracts and managing documentation.
  • Familiarity with right-to-work checks and visa/immigration processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing sponsorship licence requirements.
