Gut health plays a key role in general wellbeing. To mark Love Your Gut Week, we’re helping our people learn more about the connection between gut health and wellbeing.
Throughout the week, we’ve team up with our free on-site canteen to provide gut-friendly food options, alongside sharing useful resources to understand the importance of gut health.
Bringing gut-friendly choices to the menu
As part of the week, our canteen team have been highlighting a range of menu items that can support a varied and balanced diet. Our people also had the opportunity to try a prebiotic shot at breakfast and enjoy a gut-friendly twist on our monthly treat drop.
“I loved being part of the process of creating a menu for Love Your Gut Week. What made it very rewarding was knowing that I could have a positive influence on the choices people make. Being able to introduce healthier options in a way that is enjoyable, appealing and, most importantly, delicious feels worthwhile. For me, it’s about more than just the food; it’s about showing people that healthier choices can be exciting, satisfying and enjoyable.”
Obed Garcia, Canteen Manager
